Sentry Management’s Sarasota Team Celebrates Newly Licensed Community Association Manager

Sentry Management Sarasota CAM

The Sentry Management office in Sarasota, FL, is celebrating their newly- licensed Community Association Manager, Laura Augustus.

The Sarasota team is excited to announce a significant achievement within our division. Laura obtained her CAM license and has been promoted to Community Association Manager. She has been a dedicated and hardworking member of our team for 2 ½ years, consistently demonstrating a deep understanding of community management principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This promotion is a testament to her dedication to fulfilling our purpose. Just like the other valued Sarasota CAMs, Laura joined the Sentry family in an administrative role. Please join us in congratulating Laura on this remarkable achievement. We look forward to seeing the positive impact of her expertise on our team and the communities we serve.

A Florida CAM license is required when managing a community association of more than ten units and/or with an annual budget in excess of $100,000. To become a licensed CAM, applicants must complete the state-approved pre-licensure course and be determined by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to be “of good moral character.” The applicant must then pass a rigorous state test and take continuing education courses to renew their license periodically.
