Todd Wawrzeniak Promoted to Regional Vice President of Maryland Offices

Todd Wawrzeniak has been promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing  Sentry Management’s presence in Maryland. He will lead all community management operations across Sentry’s ever-growing Cambridge and Crofton offices as they continue to serve over 170 communities and 30,000 families across the state.

Todd has been in the association management industry since 2001 and has been with Sentry Management, for 15 years. Todd began his career with the company as a Community Association Manager. He was promoted to Assistant District Manager in 2013 and in 2015 to Vice President of the Crofton and Cambridge offices.

Todd has lived in Maryland since 1981 and now lives on the Eastern Shore of the state with his wife of 14 years and their two sons.

During his time in management at Sentry, his divisions have seen continued growth year after year.

Todd is a dynamic leader that has always been an enthusiastic champion of the industry. “Community Management is a great industry to be involved in,” Todd notes. “Every day is different!
