Two Community Managers from the Boise office received feedback from their Association Board members regarding the level of service they were receiving.
The first message came from a Briarhill Board member in reference to their Community Manager, Ryan Jones. The message read, “I wanted to take a moment and let you know I am impressed and excited about working with Ryan Jones. He is responsive and gets things done. His approach with Briarhill’s Board of Directors is calm and even-keeled. He brings knowledge to the position that is very applicable to issues the Board handles. I appreciate his work and professionalism in helping the Board with a variety of situations that arise as we manage association business.”
Another letter was received from the Bristol Heights Board of Directors in regard to the level of service received from Sentry Management and their Manger, Chuck Degenhardt. The letter read, “Chuck exemplifies strong skillsets in caring for this association. This community keeps it’s Board and president busy. Chuck demonstrates the dedication and commitment to keep a handle on our responsibilities. Among Chuck’s most commendable attributes: his ability to tolerate and keep pace with me!”
