Vendor Help With Our COVID-19 Operations
Sentry Condo Management Company Page Header

As COVID-19 continues to spread, the thoughts of all of us at Sentry Management go out to anyone who has been infected or impacted. I hope that you, your family, friends, and neighbors are safe and well and are taking the necessary precautions to keep it that way. Our highest priority is the safety of people—our employees and those we work with to deliver our services.

The vendors we work with are truly partners to us. Without your quality work and commitment, the management of the associations we are honored to serve would be impossible. To ensure the work of the community continues during these difficult days, we are making some temporary changes that will impact “business as usual.”

Vendor check processing: To get your check processed with maximum speed, all invoices should be electronically sent to the Community Manager responsible for each association. If you do work for several associations managed by Sentry Management, you must send separate emails and invoices for each association to the appropriate Community Manager. There will not be an administrative person available to route multiple invoices combined in one e-mail to various Community Managers that are all working remotely.

Check pickup: Unless prior arrangements are made with the Community Manager, all checks will be mailed. The doors to Sentry offices will be locked. Community Managers will not be in the office but are working remotely. With Managers working remotely, each office will be limited to a few essential personnel during traditional business hours.  We do this to limit the exposure and spread of the COVID-19 virus to employees and visitors. We pledge to process invoices promptly so checks are in the mail to you as soon as possible.

In-person meetings: We want to have meetings with vendors, when necessary, conducted outside, usually at an on-site location.

Thank you for understanding the need for us to respond to the threat of Coronavirus, by changing our operational practices. If you have any questions, please contact your Community Manager.
