Sentry Management, Inc. joined forces last month with Abode Management Enterprises, Inc., located in Annandale Virginia. Merging Sentry’s over 40 years of know-how with Abode’s expertise in the market area allows the combined Virginia offices to offer communities even greater service levels and professionalism.
Howard Pomp, CEO of Sentry Management, notes the great work of Dewey Cox and Becky Suprise in building such an impressive organization. “They (Abode) are proactive, professional and has great attention to detail. Those attributes have made Abode a local association management leader.”
Abode Management has been in business since 1979, providing services to town home and condominium associations, both commercial and residential. We are currently managing associations in Montgomery, Prince Georges and Charles Counties in Maryland; as well as Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William and Stafford Counties in Virginia.
Sentry Management is a national company operating in thirteen states serving over 350,000 homeowners. The Sentry mission is to provide outstanding local service to HOA and condo communities by leveraging national economies of scale to benefit associations. In today’s competitive economic environment, it is important to have the best people, technology and service. Sentry brings those values to this new relationship with Abode.
Becky Suprise will continue as the leader of the Alexandria and Annandale, Virginia offices, becoming a Sentry Assistant Division Manager. Dave Ciccarelli as Vice President and Division Manager will oversee all Virginia operations and people. Sentry will retain the Abode employees, and they are now Sentry employees. Over the coming months, Sentry will combine the two companies in a manner that will improve long-term service to the associations and the homeowner’s who reside in them.
Offices will remain at 4308 Evergreen Lane, Suite M, Annandale, VA 22003 and current staff will continue to serve their associations with continued growth anticipated. The new Sentry Division office phone number remains 703-750-3110.
