Another Satisfied Community
“We have been very pleased with Sentry. They have been very responsive and actually "manage" the property. We have been associated with them for a number of years and one of the things we have appreciated is their encouragement and assistance to continually keep the property upgraded. They understand property value issues and how to optimize and attend to those things that keep values at a premium. We had some unique issues with our developer that has caused us to establish an aggressive maintenance and upgrade strategy; Sentry has been very instrumental in us fulfilling that plan.”

Vice President, Nashville TN Division
“Our prior management firm was very inconsistent in their cash and modified-cash accounting approach. As a long time financial professional, I knew this was not the right way for our board to manage
Sentry installed an accrual-based system—allowing us to manage our funds in a more business-like way. We are now able to make an accurate determination of our association’s financial condition. I know reports are accurate and revenue/expenditures are accounted for consistently. Sentry brings the highest integrity and professionalism to our financial affairs.”
