Gary Hulion is Division Manager. The Community Managers are active in the Tennessee chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). One Manager has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certificate and two others have Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications from CAI. Sentry’s Nashville Managers complete 25 hours per month of advanced professional education to keep current on all issues relating to homeowner association operations and changing state laws.
