The Sentry Management Tampa Bay – Clearwater Office opened in 1997 and proudly serves all of Hillsborough and Pinellas, as well as portions of Pasco and Polk counties. This office works with associations of all types in the major Metro areas of Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Brandon and Lakeland.

The Tampa Bay - Clearwater office currently employs 18 individuals – 13 Community Association Managers and five Administrative support staff. This district is an asset to the West-Central Florida economy and has a direct local impact of $2.9 million annually. When taking into account both the direct and indirect contributions, the impact to the West-Central Florida economy totals over $29 million annually.

Unparalleled Service to Homeowner and Condominium Associations

The Tampa Bay – Clearwater office is overseen by Sharon Kline, Vice President. Sharon has more than 20 years of experience in the Community Association Management industry and has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation – the highest of its class from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Two additional managers have earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from CAI and all managers employed at the Tampa Bay office are licensed by the State of Florida. The Managers boast a combined average of nine years experience in association management. Last year, the office staff completed nearly 800 hours of advanced professional and continuing education classes in order to keep current on all issues relating to association management operations and ever-changing Florida laws.
