General service offerings will include maintenance of community gates, ponds and fountains, grounds, community lighting, irrigation, parking, and holiday décor.

In addition to the general service offerings, a customized maintenance program can be created to assist communities with preventative maintenance items.

Sentry’s qualified technicians are also trained to recognize when a job is outside of their skillset and requires the expertise of an electrician, carpenter, heating or air-conditioning, mechanic or installer, or a plumber, pipefitter or steamfitter.
