The message stated, “I want to personally thank Lucia for all her hard work and direction this past year in convincing us to file an insurance claim for hurricane damage from Irma that damaged our roof.   At the time, all of us believed this would never succeed and would be way too expensive for our association given the limited reserves we had set up for our roof.”

The message went on to say, “Lucia’s direction and persistence in convincing us to move forward with this as well as hooking us up with a great contractor have worked out perfectly for our Terrace building.  Not only were we able to obtain a sizable payment from our insurance carrier for this damage, but again under Lucia’s guidance, we were able over the last several years to pump up our reserves resulting in a relatively small assessment to our residents to cover the remaining cost of completing this job.

Lucia has done a great job for us over the years.  We couldn’t be happier for her hard work and guidance these past years as well as her focus on recommending this roof replacement.  Thank you Lucia!”
