The Sentry Ft. Myers office recently hosted a well-attended HOA and Condominium association Board Certification class. The class had over 30 newly-elected Association Board members in attendance that received their Board certifications.
Special guest speaker, Attorney Richard DeBoest of Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross, PLLC discussed topics such as fiduciary duty, budgets, funding, reserves, insurance for common areas, and other information necessary to successfully serve their communities.
