Sentry Management Louisville is comprised of a team of uniquely qualified professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. As the first accredited HOA management company in Kentucky, our Community Managers have a minimum of five to ten-plus years of experience working directly with HOAs and COAs.

Certified Community Managers

When you trust us to manage your community, you are investing in Community Managers who are either Certified Managers of Community Associations® (CMCA®) or Association Management Specialists® (AMS®). Having a CMCA demonstrates a manager’s foundational knowledge required to manage a community association. Managers must complete in-depth, comprehensive training on the essentials of community management and then pass a rigorous exam. Some of our managers and leadership also obtained PCAM and AMS designations. The AMS is obtained after completing at least two additional courses of education and after two years of community association management experience. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.

Jennifer Birkemeier, CMCA®, AMS®, is the Sentry Management Louisville Division President. With over eight years of large-scale luxury apartment, rental operations, and financial management experience and seven years of condominium and homeowner association management experience, Jennifer leads the experienced team serving Louisville and Lexington and is also involved with the Kentucky Chapter of Community Associations.
