The board of a local community Homeowner Association, long supported by the Sentry office in Atlanta, sent an open letter praising the actions of their local community association manager.
“I wanted to express our appreciation, on behalf of the board, for the exceptional service our community has received from your company over the years. The excellent working relationship with our board and Sentry is no small part due to the efforts of our Community Manager,” – the Silvergate HOA Board President said.
In the letter, the board went on to discuss how when it is time to renew their annual contract, there is never a question in their mind.
“Each year the HOA board is tasked with budget decisions and a big part of that is choosing whether to remain with Sentry Management or seek other management. With our current community manager, that decision becomes very easy, and we have always chosen to stay with Sentry,” he explained.
Concerning the future, the board is excited to continue working with Sentry.
