Sentry VP Talks About Developing and Training “Homegrown” Managers in Current Magazine Article

The Vice President of the Indianapolis Division of Sentry Management, is quoted extensively in the September-October 2015 issue of Community Manager Magazine. The story is about identifying and hiring good Community Managers. “Most management company executives agree that it’s hard to find and recruit good managers” the article starts off. “After all, the profession—which requires patience, long hours and continual training in a wide range of disciplines, as well as finely tuned people skills—is not for the faint of heart. It also calls for unique attributes that many CEOs have learned to recognize.”
